The description says you are playing a guy, but video is also showing female characters. Can you choose or only play the guy in the story?

There are three missions in the story where you play as one of the girls, the rest is all the guy except for trial mode. You can play as any character on any mission in trial mode which is a challenging survival/wave based kill enemies to win gamemode. It would be nice if chapter challenge allowed you to play as anyone like in NG3:RE though.

There are certain chapters where you play as female characters, but you're mainly going to be playing as Ryu (the male ninja). However, you can freely play the female ninjas in the optional "tag missions" mode.
