i remember having sigma 2 on ps3 there were tons of bonus, the dragon ninjas and some dynasty warriors ones too, also for all 3 girls

This game uses NG2 Sigma as its base, and not NG2 Sigma+. NG2 Sigma+ has a lot of costumes, but since 2 Black uses regular NG2 Sigma, Hayabusa only has 4 costumes compared to Sigma+'s 7 or 8 for him. There are supposed to be a total of 3 costumes for each girl as well in NG2 Black.

Also mods are not a thing yet, the game literally just came out a day ago, but it should be easier to mod than the master collection versions.
