Very bad performance

The game isn’t optimised at all, getting terrible performance on all low settings with a RX 6650xt and 5600x. I hoped for 60fps but I can’t even hit that with 100% gpu usage.

If anyone could share some settings I’d be grateful. Ideally 120fps would be the best option.
