Edit: Well, one thing i noticed is that when i barely tilt the left stick, i would start running but go to a walk when tilted all the way. i usually run DS4windows when i use my ps4 controller. once i closed it, i had regular movement. i dont know if you happen to use a 3rd party program with you controller at could be an issue, but i assume that what could be the case is that they programmed the game with the ps and xbox controllers in mind and nothing else.
If so, you may be SOL using your logitech controller unless someone else found a work around or team ninja patches more support
For the Logitech F310, check whether the switch on the back is set to X or D, and try swapping it to the other (they correspond to Xinput and DirectInput, respectively).
For the PS4 controller, either try switching the game over to Steam Input, or try it with a different controller if you have one around (didn’t have an issue with the Xbox Series controller).
Ryu keeps walking in a straight line even after turning the joystick 30° or so. Also, sometimes izuna doesn't work, it does an "xXxxy" attack instead of the "xYxxxy" one, and I don't want to sound presumptuous, but after playing I don't think it's a skill issue
