For how bad the English voice acting is, its more like a dub, and the Japanese by default by serious they take the voice acting art, would be the original.
Im going to pass on this just based on voice acting being so out of place from a mature setting game. That kind of voice acting is may be for a childish anime with english dub, or a low production movie with english dubbing.
