Knock on wood because its only a matter of time before shader compilations completely toast your 13th gen cpu.
Performance is terrible if you're targeting HFR (120hz). 4090 at 100% resolution scale at 3440x1440 is in the 90's in the opening section. Seen into the 70's mid combat, juddering. Gsync doesn't seem to work. Texture streaming is broken. Graphics appear blurry even with upscaling off and DoF/CA/blur disabled.
Gamepass version is broken and doesn't have NVIDIA support at all (DLSS/reflex) despite the files existing. May also be causing certain options (FSR) to not work.
Shader compilation stutter every new cutscene despite having a precompilation on startup.
Lumen appears to be active and visibly recalculates on any fast scene change (ie during cutscenes).
Texture pop-in on scene changes.
TLDR another poor UE5 game.
Artistically speaking, it's worse the the old version. I did a record of the 360 and remake if you wanna compare, can even see the Lumen and pop-in problems:

I am on a 2060 and it runs like garbage. I capped my FPS @60 because i dont get more than 70-90 frames anyway. And in fight they usually drop to 40 even on lowest settings.
I was able to play Silent Hill 2 when it came out without much issues but this game just stutters all over the place. (Game pass)
Game is outdated on game pass and has no shader pre-compilation step so it'll stutter like crazy. Game pass version also don't have DLSS.
at 120 fps / low settings, camera isn't fluid, looks like a gsync/freesync compatibility problem.
50€ is tough for a broken graphic update of an good old game.
Runs perfectly on Linux at 4k

recommended gpu for the game: gtx 1080
my rig: rtx 2070 super, ryzen 5 3600, ram 32 gb, 1080p monitor, game installed on an nvme ssd, rendering is set to native resolution, no dlss or framegen, no ray tracing
yes.. i know my rig is somewhat old, but this game itself is also old and should theoretically run very smoothly. besides, i'm well over the recommended specs.
i tried every setting, from the lowest to the highest. the lowest settings allow the game to run smoother, but turn the graphics into a mishmash of blurry smudgy colours with insane shimmering. everything looks as if a thick layer of vaseline smeared over my screen "btw monitor blur and all post processing effects are off"
on the highest settings i just get a much worse framerate and stuttering without having a significant improvement in visual quality. the entire screen still shimmers like crazy. many parts of the scene look blurry when moving or panning the camera. i tested it many times: i looked at a scene while standing still, and everything looked ok. simply panning the camera causes the textures to blur, and the blur remains there for a second after i stop panning, then the textures return to normal. the fur on the dogs looks like blobs of ink no matter what quality you choose.
the input lag is real. wired or wireless controller, you will not get rid of that issue. it also seems tied to the area you're in. some areas show no input lag, others become very difficult to play: you will never be able to block on time, and never dodge properly or even in the right direction, and of course you will never be able to parry.
what's the point of having a game engine that turns every game into a realistic but non-playable mess? maybe i don't have the horse power to run games at a crazy high resolution, but my rig should still be enough for this game at least. i played the sigma 2 in the master collection, and that looked much better in my opinion, and played much smoother with no input lag.
Screenshots from your gameplay
And I might find many other examples. The game is broken in many aspect.
