game capped to 60 fps

I fixed my issue. So for some reason on the option to choose your monitor it wasn't showing blank for me. I clicked it and then it showed my monitor and the 120fps option came back. So if anyone is having that issue where it just says 60fps select your monitor from the menu if it shows up blank.

Everytime I open the game or alt tab to it it forces my windows refresh rate to 119.

And this seems to be the only game that keeps changing my refresh rate from 120hz. Is there a UE5 command to set a fixed refresh rate?

I even found my refresh rate in CRU and set it from 119hz to 120 and the game still forces 120hz.

If the game enabled 120fps mode for 119hz it wouldn't be a problem. But I'm afraid Team NInja is already moving past this game.
