Setting aside the hardcoded 30/60/120 FPS cap options, despite it being an Unreal Engine 5 game where it shouldn't be an issue to offer an unlocked option, from what I've seen, this looks pretty good.

It also supports ultrawide resolutions.

I'm getting 140+ fps and something about it still doesn't feel smooth. It almost feels like screen tearing but I'm not seeing tears.

Uh oh, capped at 120 FPS? My eyes bleed if I have to look at anything under 500 FPS.

turn off ray tracing. I have stuttering because of it and it seems like there is a delay in control

Microstuttering?
I'm only showing TSR and FSR, no DLSS. This the same for others.

That only happens on the Windows Store/Game Pass version. It works here on Steam.

Not the point, if you have a screen that doesn't have FreeSync or GSync, and if you don't have something that's an even divisible factor by the screen refresh rate, it introduces micro-stuttering. Back when I had a 144Hz panel a bit ago, it didn't have GSync, and playing anything locked at 60FPS on it was an absolute mess.

You shouldn't need to have to use RTSS or Special K on Windows (or game mode on Linux) to employ a proper external limit to fix a developer oversight that's extremely easy for the developers themselves to fix on a generic and widely documented game engine. And FSE mode in most games is absolute garbage, or is just a borderless window that changes your resolution and not the refresh rate, so you're potentially asking for a player to go through ten thousand different hoops to change the display refresh rate manually in Windows every time they want to play.

This game already has half, quarter, and 1/3rd refresh rate options for VSync, they should've just stuck with that behavior. The only thing that really makes this less crap is that frame generation exists.

Its not a good port if you need to use DLSS/FSR with frame gen to get stable frames.
