Yes, I'm still working on this on my free time. There are still a couple core features to be finished and a lot of content to be added (mostly art-related work)
Nah, not yet, but making a game from scratch usually takes years.
Speaking of that, in a month will make 2 years that the development of the game restarted from 0, and still there is so much work to do.
The first version (the one which is currently published) took almost 3 years, and we were 2 devs full time (not so experienced though). Now it's only me, spending my free time. I wish I could be on full time again.
