The point is they use this plattforms to reach out to many people and make them join their plattform where the game is allready released. Wich means u can run arround in some assets. Beside of this there is a huge crypto currency part where u can invest money and allready even buy virtual goods. They try to reach out to people that might belive in this and invest because they think they get something out or that this will be a good game one day.

Well, there are whales that spend thousands of dollars on microtransactions so it's not really that different. However, crypto introduces a gambling element which makes it worse (lootboxes are also shouldn't be a thing for similar reasons).

If it really is a scam then that's very sad. This is a unique game that combines different mechanics that hasn't been in a single game. I own GTA 5 and all the Saints Row games. I don't need another clone of those games.

I don't think it's "standard procedure" to launch a game 1-3 days after the announced release date. And when a game is delayed the release date is changed, not swept under the rug on the store page.

this is not true. once you have a release date, your game is ready to be launched, you pay the developer fee and you can upload the game. there is no review.

How have they been scammed from a non-existent game? Genuine question. If it is FTP is there gacha or something? Does the GGEM launcher have malware? Data mining? I've seen SO MANY people saying it is a scam, but how?

Bit weird to be selling it before launch, I wouldn't go for that...
