Even if the game is bad that doesn't make it a scam. The rumors flying about the devs boasting about 100k downloads and 10k purchases does seem fishy since no real tracking can verify this. The only thing I saw that could be viewed as a scam has no verifiable source just something someone posted. I still don't see anything showing any scam. That Avatar dlc situation is a scam until they touch threshold it's just a bad Free 2 play game.
The other side of this is... If there is malware that is even more than a scam, maybe there is a reason they can't upload their files to steam?
