Emergency 5 has crashed and must be terminated

Hey guys,

I bought this game today,because am a big fan of these series. But, I got a knife to the chest after trying to start the game multiple times.
Getting this message:

emergency5.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Emergency 5\bin\x64r\OgreMain.dll" at 0033:00000000E25EF9B7, Ogre::RenderSystemCapabilities::hasCapability()+7 byte(s)

What in the world is this ♥♥♥♥ suppose to mean??

Have Win 7 64bit with service pack 1.

Set that to be the same resolution as the screen you are playing on

and for the sake of screenshots if you care

that one would need to be changed too :P
