game not starting up

i been trying to start up my game and it just dosnt want to run at all, it dosnt give a seperate window or anything else, steam says im in the game for one sec before it drops out, i been going to tohe steam apps and to the EM5 folder, trying to start the game via the launcher to discover a error popping up that i miss a file called MSVCP110.dll i dont know why im missing that file but im not happy.... i do hope there is a fix for that or something

Make sure, you have the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ redistructable.

Msvcp110.dll errors are caused by situations that lead to the removal or corruption of the msvcp110 DLL file.

In some cases, msvcp110.dll errors could indicate a registry problem, a virus or malware issue or even a hardware failure.

Try this, instal it in Safe Mode. If this doesn't help i won't know the answer.

i got it to work ^^ i had to download the 2012 version pack 4 and it worked :D game is awesome only problem i have is that it crashes now on mission 2 XD so yeaaaaaaa ah well will come a patch sooner or later
