The only mod I am aware of is the NL (dutch) modification which is available on emergency planet.

THEY MADE THE FIRST AMERICAN MOD FOR EM5!!!!! Ironicly it's in german but hopefully more will come in and this one will improve but it's a nice beginning I guess.
