Getting your golems to the front
I have a hard time keeping my golems at the front. They seem to do a lot of patrolling around my village. I've built about 6 golem healing towers at the front which are supposed to attract golems. Is there a range limit on these? Do I need to leave a breadcrumb trail of golem healing towers from the spawners to the front to "pull" the golems along? Or would this 'trail' of recombobulators just provide more incentive for them to leave the front?

Golems patrol between all combobulators and towers, so if you want them at the 'front' sooner, build the combobulators closer.

Thanks for the info! Can I also interpret that to mean I should only build the combobulators where I want the golems to go? If I make combobulators between the golems' towers and the front, at best, it'll have no effect, and at worst, they'll waste time walking to those intermediate combobulators?

That's up to you. I prefer having them away from my maze, since large numbers of combobulators hurt framerate due to all the particle emitters (Ray plans on optimizing them eventually)

It feels like you playing DK but only with Imps,Goblins, and skeletons under your control.

Imps cant fight but always make suicede run on enemies, and open gates for them if gates not locked.

Goblins can fight but to scared to fight and runing away.

Skeletons have no fear - and ready to fight, but always somewhere far from frontline.

And thnx dark gods you have War banner!
Seems like such solution will never be implemented.

I think prolbo is either a troll or hates the game devs.

The Golems patrol your build area. But also -see- that area. Try building firepits beyond your maze to trigger your golems early during an attack.

Mobs won't attack fires and golems will trigger to attack enemies near them.

I think that kyle_aldrete didt played at game at all.
Because he didt know that fire pits not only trigger golems, but also make them walk one by one troght the tide to their death. And in the end it leads to the fact that they are destroyed one by one or in small groups. While the wave remains almost intact.

I suppose that OP whant to know mechanics wich controls our dear mineral dolls and, probably, ask about ways to gather them in one area. Area where HE whants them to be, not where they are want to go.

And such tool exists. But not there.

Press V and then click on View Perimeter. The golums always seem to stay in the shaded area(aka perimeter) for me, and building a reombobulator always changes that position, unless you use a wall or something to shrink the perimeter, I've found.
