Need some advices on totals STATS and Nephilim

Hey guys, I'm a bit confused about Nephilims, aren't they supposed to have better stats and life expectancy than normal villagers ?

I have one level 7 human with 231 total stats and a nephilim level 7 also with 231 stats, they both have 40 age expectancy, am I missing something ?
I tried to calculate the stats of individuals, tried to see how many stats they gain upon level up but so far this is just looking very random to me, some villagers have higher total stats than those who have 1-2 more levels than them.
I'm pretty sure the game just rolls X+X/level stats points since I noticed a level 1 villager starting with 90 total points, at some point I wonder if the villagers have "traits" that influence their growth but after searching for a while I did not noticed anything.

Nephilim max age is a known issue.

The most likely way you get Nephilim is via birth and villagers that are born to parents with a combined level of 6+ start with a quarter of their combined parents' level and stats.
