General FAQs

o Service Unavailable in Your Region [Code: 10004]
Unfortunately due to licensing restrictions we are only able to extend service of Tales Runner to players residing in North America and Europe.


FAQs for Steam users:

o How come I can’t log into OGPlanet’s website or launcher with my account?
Due to technical and contractual limitations, Steam users won’t be able to access the OGPlanet website or launcher with the account they create to play Tales Runner on Steam. If you’d like to log into the OGPlanet website, or play our other games, simply create a new OGP account through our website.

o How can I use the OGP forums?
If you’d like join the conversation on the official Tales Runner forums, simply create a new OGP account through our website at http://tr.ogplanet.com/.
We do however encourage everyone to participate in the Steam forums!

o How can I play other OGP games?
If you’d like to log into the OGPlanet website (http://www.ogplanet.com/main.og), or play our other games, simply create a new OGP account through our website. La Tale and UWO, however, are also available on Steam and can be accessed with your Steam account.

o What about events?
Whether you play Tales Runner on Steam, or through OGPlanet’s website & launcher, you’ll still be eligible for the same events & promotions! To view the latest events & updates, head on over to http://tr.ogplanet.com/en/news/event/list.og


o How do I claim Keycode Redemption prizes?
1. Once in-game, please locate and click the ‘Shop’ button on the bottum menu
2. Press the ‘Refill Astros’ button located on the bottom.
3. Steam’s Cash Purchase window will be displayed.
4. You will notice ‘Item Package Redemption’ on the right section.
5. Please input your Keycode, and press ‘Redeem.’
6. Please allow up to 15 minutes for delivery. Your item will arrive in your My Rooms’s ‘Giftbox’ section.

o I want to send a Help Desk Ticket but I cannot use my Steam account to login on the OGP Website / Help Desk.
Steam users can exclusively contact our Help Desk by sending an e-mail to [[e-mail]]. When sending in an e-mail, make sure to state your Steam's OGPID and registered e-mail used when registering for an OGP-Steam account. This will allow us to verify account ownership, as well as pull up any additional information required to further assist you.


FAQs for OGP Users

o Can I play on Steam with my current OGP account?
Short answer: No dice. Due to technical and contractual limitations, you won’t be able to log into the Steam Tales Runner client with your OGP account. If we find a way around the issues, we’ll update you guys, but for now, you’ll have to keep playing on your current account through OGP.

o Can I play with Steam users?
Absolutely! They’ll have access to the same servers & channels that you currently enjoy, and be able to participate in the same events too! Items & Astros are the same price, and the contents are exactly the same.

If you have any more issues, please ask me here and we will work together to resolve your issue.

Its available in Europe but some users can have 2 problems.
1. You need change keyboard language using alt + shift (if you have other language chat can dont working in game)

Like Piron said, your keyboard language should be in English or even change your System Locale to English and you'd be able to run it easily. But if you let us know precisely what the problem was, i'd be able to help.

Also, it's going to be out on Steam soon anyway, so i'd just wait for a bit.

The current fix for this is to go to the Control Panel and change your keyboard input method to English (United States) – US. You can easily find this function by searching for “Language” in the control panel search bar.

How can i enter with another acc from Steam? My acc is bugged i guess (Get no exp or TR on any channel)

This is a common visual bug for some first time players that occurs due to your computer's regional settings. Here is a guide on how to fix the bug: http://nforum.ogplanet.com/tr/forum_posts.asp?TID=619900. You should, however, still be recieving the TR and EXP.

Well that helps me on my problem, but anyways (thanks), how can i change between one acc and other? (I want to create an acc for my brother but we use my steam acc :/ )

Each Steam account can only be linked to one OGPlanet account.
