Weird white screen blinking

does anyone know how to get rid of this : http://steamcommunity.com/id/666psyko/screenshot/487808520625612800
the screen just changes from normal color to this white , something kinda like a fast blinking , i tried updating video card ... nothing happened , tried to change settings .... same problem

The only fix of this that I know of is to just do a quick reload of the game.

thanks , the only way to get that stuff done was to continue the game
and after i defeated the troll boss everything went back to normal

Yeah I have this too but it will go away if you play on
The thing is this bug does more than that, at least in my suspicion. Once you get through the bug the display driver will be corrupted and you will be forced to reinstall it.

it's not obvious and may happen intermittently but you'll see that the display driver has stopped responding message when you boot up and the display goes to 8 bit. The only solution is to reinstall graphics driver.

At first i thought my GPU was dying but I've played through this game twice, and that issue only arises after finishing the gamma bug part of the game. It's a shame because I actually like this game much.

Oh , luckily when i started my pc the display didn't go 8-Bit , and the game is awesome , except the part at Ettinmoor where that happens . And thanks for the info :)

on mine it didn't happen straight away but definitely after that gamma bug is gone my display driver would go haywire and I am forced to reinstall it in order to fix it. If my GPU was dying reinstalling graphics driiver wouldn't help but it did and it always happened sometime after finishing the gamma bug part of the game.

I have the same problem. It is happening in the Ettenmoors part of the game. At first I thought it was a problem with my GPU but after installing the newest drivers for the card the issue persists.
The only fix that I found for this issue is to play the game in windowed mode.
I'm hoping that after I finish the Ettenmoors stage the screen won't blink anymore.
