If you're asking how to get army missions done, you march to your lord with your army, and then tell them you're ready for battle.

Your lord should be the largest house in the territory.

Yes. You leave your home leading your army, and walk to your leader's home. You'll get an option about being ready to lead your men. That will trigger the battle.
