Actually, this map, along with manual, cluebook and quick reference card, are part of the Steam install.

On a Windows 7 machine with a Steam default install, they are all .pdf files found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Darklands\Bonus Content

If your install is non-default, or on Windows 10, the directory path may vary.
