I'll jsut copy paste it here. Try this:
1) Remove their DD Wrapper stuff. It's worthless (ddraw.dll and acfjkasf something.cfg)
2) Acquire DxWnd ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/files/Latest%20build/ )
3) Add a new thing to DxWnd
4) I use the following setttings and it seemed to run fine:
Hook Enabled, Run in Window, Hook All DLLs, Remap Client Rect,
Video: Fix Window Frame Style
Under input: Window Frame Compensation
DirectX: Automatic
5) Do not use any windows compatability settings.
6) Go to war to your hearts content.
But it didn´t work for me on windows 10, maybe I make a mistake, so try it out.
The game probably runs too fast now and mouse input is not registered, so do the following
1) Input > Cursor handling: Disable "Correct mouse position"
2) Timing > Frame per Second: Check "Limit", Check "Skip", set "delay (msec)" to 50.
3) Timing > System speed: Check "CPU slow down", Check "CPU max usage", set "ratio 1:" to 2.
Tested with DxWnd v2.03.89.
Mouse clipper>Off
Can confirm this works for Windows 11 as well.
