Controller config file location

Soo, I'm trying to resolve the "spinning endlessly" controller input problem.

I managed to get it to stop spinning and partially working with the controller, but i've messed up other inputs in the process (e.g. mouse3) and can't reassign them so i want to revert to default settings ..... Unfortunately there's no option to do that, so I'm wondering where the config file is tucked away so i can delete it and redownload?

Slowly going back and forth between input settings and whats not working, but having to exit the game to do it is a bit meh, doesn't help the mouse&KB controls and controller controls are all in one jumbled up list.

OK so i found there isn't a config file but it uses windows registry instead. Makes me think it should be possible to fix things ... by just deleting everything and hoping for the best. There's just not enough buttons on a controller to play the game anyway.

fwiw i got everything working *except* for looking around, WASD and everything else except for the right analog stick worked.

deleted everything, restarted game restored default control inputs and spinning gone without having to deactivate controller. Registry entries significantly reduced, so i guess something from previous install caused issues. Right stick still now working but maybe there's still a way to overcome that.
