Pirate Kings

I have made it my duty to find and kill all pirate kings but I am having trouble finding the king of the west. If anyone tells me where one is that would be great

I have already gone to one settlement at the codinates 21 S 45 W with no luck

I went back to the same island as before and the pirates respawned. so i killed the king and got the last septer

Congratulations... once you have powered up all of the sceptres, you may want to retrurn to the beginning island and show the mysterious stranger there what you've done.

Didn't know this, will be getting the Eastern one next time I play then lol. Sea skimmy my way due East.

Yeah the whole reason i wanted to kill all the kings was to get the ship of the fifth figure
