What happened to Delta Force Barracks?

Does anyone know what happened to dfbarracks.com? I can no longer access the website but could a few months ago.
It was the greatest resource for all things Delta Force and Joint Operations. There was thousands of maps a timeless collection. I hope they are not lost that would be a tragedy.

Hey have you tried Ghost Recon Breakpoint or Ghost Recon Wildlands yet? I've been playing Wildlands with all DLC from when it came out, it is fantastic! Then when I didnt think that things could get better I bought GR Breakpoint for $13, its on sale. GRB IS the best combat game ever written, it even beats JointOps which I still play. But now I am totally addicted to GRB which you buy directly from UBI. You can get GR Wildlands here on Steam also. I HIGHLY recommend both, but Breakpoint is the top of my list!!! This game is so close to being reality in every way. It reminds me of when I was on an Air Force Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in the early '80's conducting operations in Central America. TACP is the career field that does air strikes! All three games let me relive my past now that I am fully retired, 43 years of service, and retired 2 years 6 months ago and LOVE it. My wife and I play World of Warcraft all we want, normally about 5+ hours a day. Then when done she does her Farmville and I do these combat games! I still love JO with a passion, the graphics stink, but the gameplay in coop still is tops to me! Anyhow, follow that link I provided. Also remember, there is a 100 map limitation, and they MUST reside in the directory where the .exe resides. I wished they would have made a separate directory to contain them... sloppy programming! BTW I owned the server "Bad Apples" a place where banned players were allowed, and NO restrictions, and almost NO rules at all... I got banned as rageomatic so many times. People claimed that I cheated, I didnt, I played tactically as if my life depended on it. I would join a new clan and always become the #1 player in a very short time. I never cheat on games, why play if you do? I love challenges!

I would NEVER follow the expected path that the map maker wanted. I would come in from behind or side, or go to the final spawn point and capture in reverse order. I did either knife attacks or head shots. Sabregirl, who was the BEST female player on the planet trained me, then I exceeded her. She was AMAZING and I so miss not being able to find her and play. Once I got banned from just about all squads, I started my own "Bad Apples". I have a med mod that I made where all weapons shoot tank rounds, even handguns. All vehicles went about 300 mph. Almost unlimited ammo also. All guns zoomed to 64x. I required all to use my mod on my server. It evened the odds with my squad being so small. Now I ONLY play using LAN, and always alone. Even with my mod, its still difficult on some maps. Hey the HARDEST MAP is "This Ain't Hollywood". Gen Zaphod and our squad spent 12+ hours on it, on New Years Eve! A map you will NEVER play a 2nd time due to it being near impossible to complete! We all wanted to quit hourly. Great map... but so hard, and you best have a top notch team, no Rambo idiots, they wont survive more than a few seconds.

I already went to novahq and made a post that was my first thought it is a great website too.
There is some guy at novahq who apparently said he has archived the entire dfbarracks website so in the event it does not come back online we still have all the maps.
Novalogic made such amazing games they are even better than many modern titles. Bohemia Interactive also makes great games SgtRomad that you may enjoy in particular the Armed Assault Series (Arma 2 and Arma 3 etc).

I hate Arma with a passion. The reason why is that one spends more time travelling than actually fighting. I have V1, 2, and 3. In the coop mode the enemy is way to accurate, no one shoots that great. BTW.. Nova did NOT write Joint Ops! According to Gen Zaphod, a company wrote the thing to actually be a commercially available combat simulator to be sold to the military. Inside the code there are all sorts of things that are unfinished. He said the company went bankrupt and sold out to Nova, then they marketed it as a game They then had spin offs like Blackhawk Down... Its just too bad that Novalogic bit their own **** and overstep their bounds trying to dictate to us server operators how we would conduct the game, such as, no med mods. Well they KILLED the game because of this stupidity, and all of us closed down our servers and squads. How dare them even think they can dictate gameplay on private servers! They also tried charging money for their so-called Gold and Silver servers... how STUPID... when 600+ servers were available for free. They also made the mistake of cancelling Angels Fallen. I tried to buy the rights to JO to fix everything, and do modern graphics. They did NOT even respond to my message to them. I also had the financial backing already arranged. JO could have evolved into something even greater! I think Ghost Recon exceeds JO, however, one only has I guess only one map, JO has THOUSANDS!!! Stacy and Kevin had the largest number of servers... well they closed down also due to Nova... so IDIOTIC!!!
