I lost my password and if i click "forgot password" it doesnt send me anything on my email. Cant contact novaworld somehow. anyone know how to solve that problem ?

I been playing this a while. I've bought a new super computer and not sure of my sign on name for nova login. if you played with me, know my ID, or have a steam video showing score list, or something, please let me know my ID. I can probably guess my password to log back in, but not sure of my ID and of course THQ and novaworld are zero help now. thanks...

Is it normal that a confirmation email would take a few hours or more than a day? I can't play multiplayer until they send me a confirm email.
