Region is banned?

I got this following message today after trying to login on Arc client

Whoops!

It looks like there may be a problem with your account. It is possible you have been banned or you are attempting to log in from an unsupported region. If you believe this is an error, please contact support.

and also on Arc website

Region is banned.

I've already turn off and on my modem and it didn't work

I live in Thailand and play the game since alpha test without problem until today... please help :(

I already made a contact there and still waiting for response

the site is very hard to login due to region ban bug which it's said "Region is banned" (It's preventing me from login on Arc website). I can login and made a contact there by chance because there is a Facebook login button.

If you use any sort of VPN, or feature that helps you boost your internet connection it can and will place you on an IP that may be from an unsupported region. But as I mentioned Thailand is not on our list of unsupported regions.
