关于按键优化

一些技能释放的非常频繁，能否实现一个按住某个按键，让技能冷却好就能释放
比如倒带宁静，我想按下宁静所在的按键不松开，然后是否宁静，来实现宁静一直有
我的想法是简化按按键的次数
