Mist´s parry build dead

Yestarday a builded mist parry with no health and today i tryed and i think proly is nerfed sadly, however i dont read anytthing about in patch notes.

yes so all memories that use channels like healing beam, and mist parry no longer stay active when using a dash,bassic attack. or memories (abilitiy)

In the progress of fixing a bug where Parry could deflect unblockable damages and still take damage (Shrine of Disintegration, etc), the Essence of Overload & Parry combo was made impossible. The combo wasn't meant to be possible in the first place, but since many creative players were taking advantage of this and having fun, we decided to make a manual exception in the code bring the combo back!

You'll be able to execute the combo after you download our new hotfix update. Thank you for the heads up, and thank you for giving us continuous feedback!

Can anyone explain how this works? I have the hardest time keeping mist alive with parry. Does overload just have to be upgraded a lot?
