I did some test builds earlier on in dev for a Mac build of the game, and it seemed to run just dandy (it's not a terribly hardware demanding game). But that was quite some time ago, so take that bit of info with a grain of salt!
As far as I know, ports to those OS'es should still be in the plans -- obviously keeping track of two or three different platforms is kind of a migrane for launch (I mean, it's a small wonder the game even got out on Windows in the first place), but once things are cooled down, I'll for sure be bringing it back up with the guys at Adult Swim Games!
On-topic: hoping for a GNU/Linux release too. I might be tempted then. :)
