Surviving the Final Countdown

Theoretically could you survive the final countdown?
I'm not sure if these bonuses stack or happen one after another.

Also I'm not sure if it even calculates the final countdown as explosive but here are the numbers.

Creep mask gives you -25% damage from explosions
Stop Drop and tonic gives you -25% damage from explosives when crouched
10 In OBLIT gives you -50% explosive damage

And just for good measure
Leather Cooler armor gives -10% damage from explosives

So if these stack you can negate damage by 110%
If they dont stack its about ~74.69% negation (If you assume that they multiply into eachother like this 9999*.9*.75*.75*.5*=2530.99
So you would definatly still die given that the explosion looks like it does 9999 damage when enemies use it

Also tac on lvl 3 Last legs lager if you're under 25 HP and you get a 45% damage reduction from all sources. And it would do 1645.14 so still a lot over.

Really I'm just curious if they stack or if it's calculated a different way.

Yes you can survive. I don't think it actually does 9999 to you to begin with, the -9999 you see may be the damage applied to the suicide bomber.

Just adding on to this thread, anyone know anyway to survive a Explosive barrel? Im not sure how much damage they deal but it is always insta death for me

also try to take into account distance from the blast , we have all survived many a suicide inclined waster in our travels :D

Stay away from it. Use the Creep Mask (craftable right away)
