Small Tips for Level 13/Hard
I already passed it; it was quite difficult and sometimes unfair, but okay, let’s get started.

As soon as the level begins, it’s a 50/50 chance which generator will break first. Before this happens, you must pick up one of the two objects: the brown one or the light blue one.

If the generator that breaks is the one on the right, with the first dash, head toward the "skeleton runners" further below. At the same time, you must reach the dog below, and then, with the second dash, reach the dog above. Afterward, check what materials the generator requires to be repaired and decide what to do.

On the other hand, if the left generator breaks, do the same—pick up the brown object—but this time, dash to the dog above, then make a second dash to the dog below. Again, check what the generator needs and decide from there.

BECAUSE
The second attack that appears is random.
It could be:

The three shots from the sky,
The two skulls on the sides with the big dog in the center, or
The machine deciding to bite the stage.
From the first generator, it’s pure RNG (random number generation) what may happen. But here are some tips:

If the Attack Is the Skulls Biting the Stage
You must dash into the corner near the brown or light blue material. This way, the nuts and bolts flying in all directions won’t hit you.

If the Attack Is the Two Skulls on the Sides and the Big Dog in the Center
Quickly move to the front area (depending on where you need to dash). Dash into the first skull (forward into its position).

This will eliminate the first skull.
It won’t release nuts and bolts when destroyed.
However, the big dog will release nuts and bolts in all directions. Thankfully, it takes some time to do so because it has a death animation before releasing the projectiles.

Before this happens, perform a second dash forward (depending on the direction). Stay on the edge while it happens.

You’ll have enough time for your dash to recharge. When it does, dash into the gears that the big dog releases.

If the Attack Is the Three Shots from the Sky
Perform the first dash toward the highest area close to one of the two materials before the first shot falls.

Then, move slightly downward to position yourself for a second dash forward (depending on the direction).

The first two shots will hit the first material.
The third shot might not hit and could send projectiles your way (this is RNG).
If the Attack Includes the Dogs Along with Skeleton Runners or Flying Skulls
Prioritize the dogs because they have normal movement speed, but their jump is very long and fast, leaving you almost no time to react.

FINAL THING 1. Get ready to die A LOT. I'm talking about hundreds of times lot.
2. Learn to double tap dispensers. When taking an item, start a new craft instantly Or you won't be able to clear them if you leave dispensers idling.
3. You have 2 hands, so use them! Grab T1 items while you're running past them and try to insta-repair shields or use them to resupply T2 crafts instantly. Remember: if you're trying to carry 3rd item, you'll lose the EARLIEST item you took, no matter which hand it's in.
Final level you have a double dash, it makes the level pretty braindead after I discovered that
you can safely escape the bull with it after killing it and you can make it across the level with just the double dash alone

The double dash seems inconsistent, like sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. What are the rules of the double dash?

I think you can double dash within a fraction of a second... I kinda noticed that...

I assumed you just had a small timing window for double dash. If it's something else, that would be good information.
