How to load maps from Map Editor

I'm using Mac, and have no clue how do I load a map created in the map editor? Help anyone?

Start the game then select

- Start the Game in America
- Map Editor

And after that you get a list of all the map editor maps

I just dragged and dropped the mapedit.exe programme onto my dosbox icon and it loaded straight away.
