Help can't place player (me) in mission editor.

Hi I have problem with the mission editor, My mission editor runs fine, but when i try to place the player (me) into the map it just says: "Fwe is not working windows is finding a solution to the problem" and when it finishes my only option is to close the program :(.
I have windows 8 and it F22 3 works fine but not the editor
My computer also meets the minimum requirements.

Does steam version have the beta patch? I saw there is a patch at novalogic that has improved widescreen support and bug fixes. You may want to try it.

The beta patch is useless. This mission editor can only function under Win98. My WinXP have the same problem too.

That happens in 32 bit based windows. You could use VMware to install a 16 bits based system or install directly a 64 bit bases system.
