The nudity in Siren's Well is tied to the activation of Adult Content, which becomes available after completing the game in the Second Scenario, The Other Side, with any character. All unlockable outfits feature censored versions, partial nudity, and full nudity, similar to Violet. However, in Siren's Well, we explore a deeper level of eroticism.

Additionally, there are some scenes involving intimacy between enemies, but they are not explicit. These moments are censored through the camera angles in the cinematic sequences, focusing on sensuality and horror rather than explicit content. Some characters from previous games also appear in cinematics entirely nude, but the camera angles are carefully positioned to avoid full nudity in these scenes. Full nudity is only present in the unlockable outfits.

I personally would prefer no censoring of any kind in the cutscenes of enemies or in the return of previous characters and if that is not possible if there could be a scene replay for some of these cutscenes with option to turn off censorship that would be perfect for everyone
