Favorite Weapons?

After a few playthroughs, here are my picks:

1. P226. No samurai's arsenal is complete without his trusty pistol. While it's not the leader in any one category, its combination of power, speed, and low recoil makes it a reliable companion in the majority of encounters. Diligent players can find the dual P226s in Chapter 4 for twice the action.
   
   
2. UMP. Whether they're sophomoric streamers, tenacious Takeda, or cantankerous crustaceans, no crowd of enemies can withstand the rapid fire of the UMP. However, if you're not careful, you can run out of ammo quickly.
   
   
3. Benelli M4. Prior to the second patch, the M4 was perhaps overpowered; it typically killed non-bosses in one shot regardless of where you hit them. It's more balanced now, making it less useful than it was, but it's still very effective against bosses.

I personally place the shotgun and the sniper rifle as the weapons I use first. The shotgun will 1-shot every grunt in the game if you aim for their head. As for the sniper, enemies run at you in a straight line or stand in place if you're outside their aggro range. This makes them VERY easy to headshot.
