If they would really sell that well, they would just let people spend 70$ on their game, since "everyone seems to want it" and not throw it out for free.
You're getting mixed, this is Yasuke simulator because Asscreed shadows couldn't get history right!! LIKE USUALLY, that ♥♥♥♥ WOKEEEE THIS GAME SLEEPS

I'd take a free key, and eventually get to it before 2030, if we could just doubleclick it on Steam and launch it without having to go through the other launcher and other account bs
Hey, If you got a free key i'll happily leave a negative review for Shadows.

Would be funny, if you ask Ubisoft for the free key in social network and after you got one and left a negative review, you write them "thank you, left you a negative review".

hahahaha
Because they need to inflate their player counts to effectively mislead investors. Given the massive stock drop today, though, it would seem that at least some aren't falling for it.

This game will likely follow a similar path as Veilguard where we spend the first 1-2 months with Ubisoft and their shills + bots telling everyone how great the game is doing, and then bits will trickle out to indicate that it actually didn't sell that well, and then rumors of layoffs and studio closures will come next followed by the actual thing. At that point the defenders will slink away and unfollow threads like the Veilguard ones did.
