Hello PURE, Welcome to OoR!

Sorry to hear about your troubles - If you look close at the density of the servers you will see there is a number - im my experience - The lower the number the faster the load time.

If that don't work and you would like to host your own you can start with this short guide I made.

Additionally to that please send your game client logfile to support@spaceboatstudios.com, it can be found:

On Windows:
Your Steam Directory\SteamApps\common\Out of Reach\OutOfReach_Data\output_log.txt

On Mac OS X:
~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

On Linux:
~/.config/unity3d/Space Boat Studios/Out of Reach/Player.log

If you would like to host your own server please check out http://outofreach.gamepedia.com/Dedicated_Servers_Installation if you would have any problems with server installation please let me know :)
Hey Magicrc - There are no hosting fees with the method you linked correct?

Yes everything is up to you, your hardware, your rules ;)
Very nice - the option I use is Paid hosting $20 a month for 20 slots - They do everything for you but I need to look in to this because I'm capable of doing this myself I was just unaware of the option. Thanks for the source - I edited another post I made and added the additional link.

thanks for the fast reply i did manage to get on to a server to have a look and see how the game works. how much is this for a server and slots as i said i have 5 servers on rust and im sure my regulars would love to play this game so i want to bring some from there to play i would be looking for about 50 slot to start with and see how it goes. thank you
No probelm PURE You basically have two options - you can do it yourself for free using the link Magicrc provided or you can pay to host with Nitrado or another provider. If you choose to pay the cost is on average $1 per slot for 30 days.

I myself pay to host atm because that's what I've always done - however I'm going to look in to the dedicated server option because I'm always looking to save a buck as well :D

Here's the price list of Paid hosting through Nitrado - https://server.nitrado.net/usa/servicetypes/prices

Filter for Official servers and then by flags for the nearest one to you and then by rule set and player population.
