Creating dedicated server

Hello today i buy this game and i want make dedicated server is there any tutorial how do that or is there any server manager for easy making server. I have a lot friends who wants play together with me.

Thanks but where get that Out of Reach Dedicated server tool because i cant find it in Steam tool section

Oh i find it thank you ;) i create server but cant connect to my server everytime its freeze or say check if i have opened port 27015 or 27030 but i have opened both of them server is show in server list but cant join in

Are you connecting from remote host/external machine?

I connecting from same pc where is server runing i have enought ram and evrything to run server and play on same pc..i run many games serverd on same pc where i play
