Before i decide to buy does this game have a crafting system hierarchy of some sorts like crafting levels for example this person has more crafting experience so they can make grandmaster quality swords/etc instead of this other person that is a pleb and makes horrifying quality gear. and what type of crafting is there if someone is able to tell me like armor smithing, weapon smithing, any more ? what about stuff related to food. sorry for my uh gibberish lol

As you gain more skill and pass a certain point beyond the minimum skill requirement for a recipe, you have a higher and higher chance to make superior quality stuff from that recipe if it's weapons or armor ranging from +1 all the way to +6, which is the best of the best. There aren't any official titles or ranks yet to crafting. The gateway to specific recipes of superior quality is your actual skill level (caps at 100).

Higher quality items require a certian skill to even "try" and craft , so a new crafter won't even be able to produce any wep's or armors worth using to other players,So dedicated crafters get rewarded.
Also some of the best crafting recipies "Only" drop from mobs , and a lot of the mobs are not soloable (i.e. Old cave bear , or level 50+ cheiftans , hell even the 40+ cheiftans will mess you up pretty bad)

Crafting in this game is rewarding , but its a grind , hope this info helped you.
