Where he is in balhamoon , cant find him ?

The nation change NPC is standing right next to the logistician/stable master in Baalhammon but he will only appear if Sangmar is dominating on your server. Right now Dukla Sangmar is dominating so you can find him on SEA server. Not sure about any other server tho.

ok i see , thank you so much for reply, i log in on Dukla and found NPC, but there is another problem i cant avoid, he told me if i want switch to different nation i have to be on my basic server where i start play...now i know better how it works, thanks
