Character Builds

I've been toying around with the character builder to see where I might want to put my passive points going forward. I don't plan to use swords, so I've skipped points in dexterity. As for my passives, I have two ideas on how it might work, both probably wrong.

I'm wondering if I should just stay focused on shield usage, or build a little more versatile in case I find myself using other weapons. I'm also unsure whether the 65 attribute points should go into strength or constitution.

I ditched the shieldman and grabbed more shield passives. Still not sure how I want to plit my attributes. This time I got dex close to 150 since it's cheap, and split the remainder between strengtrh and constitution. Not sure if that's a good idea or not though.
