Invalid Steam token.

Few friends and I just started playing. 2 days for me it was fine. Tonight, invalid steam token. Tried to just create a new account and says account already registered. Rebooted, reinstalled twice already. Anyone know why this would happen? or how to fix it. Not going to buy the game again when the odds are it will just break again.

This just happens from time to time. I think it might be that steam comes out with an update periodically and when that happens the servers need to be reset. A Dev might not be on atm so we need to wait for a reset. Although this is a guess

Friend just installed the game and is getting the same error. Perfect timing. On the weekend.

Does it happen on character loading or actually on loading into the server?

If it happens on character loading please try installing those files:

Remember to install both from the second link:

VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe
VSU_4\vcredist_x86.exe

If that will not help, please, check your connection - turn off firewall or antivirus, or make right exceptions there and try checking files integration on Steam.

It happens to me whenever there's an update, and it happens when loading into a server.
