Cant seem to import landscapes or anything in general (2025)

Ive tried to import a landscape in the editor with png format and the correct ration, and it does not seem to be importing. Is this due to me using windows 11 or am i tripping?

Oh thanks for replying. It seems to only happen when you first install it, but it fixes itself when i restart my pc.
