Controls doesn't respond

I tried to play the campaign missions and after the second round if I change the weapon it wont respond anymore, like just the button to open the weapons menu, but not moving or letting me shot. I play with a wireless xbox 360 controller but I tried with keyboard and the same happened.

It comes up with the xbox buttons but i'm unable to use my Xbox One controller? Always love using a controller for your games :) Thanks for the support

Xbox One afterglow controller detected but not working

Xbox One afterglow controller detected by the game, I see the push A and B icons. However, none of the buttons are working. This controller works fine with other games such as GTA V.

XboX Pad Problem

So my pad is detected in game (menus change to "A, B, X, Y" labels). But can't do anything. Clicking and pushing buttons does nothing.

I've got 360 Xbox original cable pad.

Ok I figured it out.

In joy.cpl your pad needs to be on the first play. Priority doesn't mean.
So you have to uninstall/disable everything what's on the list before the pad.

Should be using the highest priority controler. Not the first one.

If you start app "joy.cpl" you will see a list of your controllers. If you have only one - Xbox Controller or similar - it's ok. In my case I've got archiCad device which was first on the list. While it was active I wasn't able to use my xbox controler. After switching it off in device manager leaving only one active Xbox controller - everything worked properly.

Recognizes Xbox 360 Controller but no input detected

I was hoping to start playing this using my wired 360 controller. The game does change the button prompts for when I press anything on the controller but it's not accepting the inputs (A to confirm, for example). I've tried starting the game with it plugged in and I've tried plugging it in after the game is loaded.

Does the 360 game pad not work with the game at this point? I'm okay using keyboard only (Worms Armageddon Style!) but I've really gotten used to playing worms with a game pad.

Maybe this will help, I noticed a similar post to this a few minutes after I posted. Apparently, if the 360 controller isn't the only enabled "Controller" when you Run > joy.cpl (or go to your control panel > Game Controllers), the game won't recognize the input from the controller. I've removed another controller and drivers I had enabled in there so only the 360 controller shows up and it works fine now.

well it says full controller support but an xbox one controller doesnt seem to be able to control anything in the game. although when you fiddle with it the xbox controls show up instead of the keyboards. any solutions?
