Why cant i switch game language on English? Its Russian on default, please help!

Right click on your game in steam library, then "properties", after this you need tab "language"

All supported languages should be available in the location that Edairy mentioned.
If you're not seeing all of the games supported languages, please attempt a file cache integrity check.
Instructions on how to do this can be found on the How to report a problem thread.
If the options still don't appear, please get back in touch to confirm the following:

• Your system type and model
  
• Your OS version
  
• Your system language
  
• Your region
  
• The store that you bought the game from
