leaderboards already hacked...

I was playing around with the pro ninja rope training mission trying to beat some times (and finally did!) and I noticed that even though I finished with a great time, I'm in something like 14th place? lol... there's times of 0 seconds on there. The only other time below mine that doesn't look OBVIOUSLY hacked is still extremely suspect based on the person's stats. These cheating accounts need banned ASAP.

I think the sheep training might be bugged. When I did it the first time, the timer got stuck around 16 seconds, and then the game crashed when I blew up the last target.

If it helps, part of the issue seems to be that the countdown timer can seemingly randomly freeze and stop counting down.

Well yes, some times are shamelessly obvious. Did you (and everybody else continuously complaining about this) already report the accounts in question for cheating through steam?
Click the leaderboard in question, highlight suspicious account, hit "steam" button, use report function, check "cheating" option, type in "reported for manipulating worms wmd leaderboards".

Wow, I just looked at the leaderboards and this is getting out of control... Team17 / Steam should definitely do something about this.
And yes, I already reported them.

I'm not sure how banning would work, with Steam Family Sharing and all.
It's not like you create an account for the WormNet (What WormNet lol?) that you have to log in with, like for example, RockStar Social Club for GTA.
And it's also not a VAC game.

But of course they should delete those cheated records.
(But I think this makes only sense after they close the loopholes that allow this to be done. Otherwise they just reappear 5 minutes later and Team17 can keep deleting them forever.)

Do you honestly care about leaderboards? So far I haven't seen any cheater during an actual game, which is all that matters. If people get satisfaction by hacking scores, good for them. You can still get a gold medal, and you can still compare how well you did against people with real, possible scores. You're not going to be first, but it's not the end of the world, hopefully.
