Unable to unlock "full of swag" achievement

As the title says. I have created a new team but i didn't get the achievement.

How can I unlock it?

oh yeah true. just noticed it aswell.. must be bugged :( wait for the devs to fix it in a patch. bugged achievements are common on steam

I unlocked it by using only rewards.
