I craft it all the time :3

In this situation,
- I had no Jet Pack and no Ninja Rope left
- The water was rising
- There were 3 Sentry Guns on the top of the map

In the end .... I still died.
But at least I could take out another worm and a TF2 Sentry Gun.

Without the Balloon, I would not have had many options.
