how to fix the "session is no longer available" issue

i had to jump out of a quick match for something and i went to go back and find another and all i keep getting is the title of the question. how and what can i do to fix this or should i just get a refund?

Found a post on the internet saying you have to join someone's lobby via the server browser and leave it, fixed the issue for me. Worth a shot.

internet option connection.. select option never dial connection.. for what ever reson works
