Failed To Start Game

I downloaded the Killing Floor - Toy Master Mod successfully without any problems BUT here comes the problem...I press the "Play" button on the Steam Library and instead of starting the game it opens the Folder in which the Killing Floor App is inside the Steam Folder and at the same time an error report appears on Steam saying : Failed To Start Game (Unknown Error) See the Steam Support site for more information. What can I do? Please help me!

You have to play it in the normal Killing Floor...

Then why is it showing as a standalone application in Steam and free to play? I have the same problem than baseI4

This mod doesn't even show up in Killing Floor to launch it, I had it running with my older computer and when I got my new computer I was unable to play toy master

Ok so i managed to make it work. You indeed have to downalod and ofc instal it and then launch FK1 not the toy master shortvut, it only add one crapy level and some new zed cosmetics on that crapy map. Realy not worth it. ;)
